As first revealed to WWE Mobile on AT&T subscribers in an exclusive mobile video, ECW Champion Kane & Mr. Money in the Bank CM Punk will take on WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz & John Morrison for the tag titles at Judgment Day.

During a locker room interview with Lena Yada, the ECW Champion and Mr. Money in the Bank issued a challenge to Miz & Morrison. The tandem's challenge came about after their victory over Chavo Guerrero & Bam Neely on the 100th episode of ECW on Sci Fi.

The Big Red Machine looks to add tag team gold to his already accessorized waist at Judgment Day, but can Punk set aside temptations of trying to win the ECW Title? Instead of setting his sights on the WWE Tag Team Titles, the Straightedge Superstar can choose to exercise his briefcase clause – earned during WrestleMania XXIV's Money in the Bank Lader Match – to obtain an ECW Championship opportunity if he so desires.

Since earning the WWE Tag Team Titles from Matt Hardy & Montel Vontavious Porter last November, The Miz & John Morrison have protected their coveted gold in challenges from members of both the ECW and SmackDown rosters. Will their streak of success finally run out, or will they prove that they can overcome the combined might of an ECW Champion and potential title holder? We'll find out at Judgment Day.

Chavo Guerrero didn’t have an advantage in numbers this week in the 100th episode of ECW, and it showed as ECW Champion Kane & CM Punk earned a win against Guerrero & Bam Neely in tag team action, Tuesday night.

Just one week earlier, the self-proclaimed “Mexican Warrior” got to feel what it was like to pin the ECW Champion when he and Neely defeated Kane in a Handicap Match. This time, though, Chavo and his bruising bodyguard had their hands full with not only the Big Red Machine, but Mr. Money in the Bank as well. The champion and potential title holder picked up the victory when Punk covered Guerrero for the three-count.

Guerrero has long been looking for a way to get the better of Kane. Since Kane embarrassed him in a mere eight seconds and took the ECW Title at WrestleMania XXIV, the “Mexican Warrior” has been searching for a method to overcome the monster. Only while outnumbering the ECW Champion has he found any success.

Kane found himself the victim of multiple attacks leading up to Backlash. The ECW Champion proved those eight seconds at The Granddaddy of Them All was no fluke, however, when he pinned Chavo in a second match for the gold.

In addition to Kane’s success, WrestleMania XXIV was a big night for CM Punk. The Straightedge Superstar earned the title of Mr. Money in the Bank and can exercise his winnings at any time for any championship opportunity. Those options include the ECW Championship held by his tag team partner from Tuesday night.

In ECW’s tag team battle, the squared circle featured several Superstars with gold on their minds. Will Kane & Punk be able to coexist should they be asked to team up again? Or will the ECW Title stand between them? And is Bam Neely the solution for Chavo overpowering the Big Red Machine? Be sure to watch ECW on Sci Fi, Tuesday 10/9 CT to find out.

William Regal is not to be trifled with. The Raw General Manager and reigning King of the Ring made that perfectly clear at the Air Canada Centre as he pitted Mr. Kennedy, the man who sullied his coronation ceremony the week before, against the entire ECW roster.

His Royal Pain in the Arse wasn’t finished there, though. When Triple H marched in to protest Regal pulling the plug on his match against Randy Orton the week before, the immodest monarch swept The Game into the Handicap Match as well, teaming him up with the loudmouth from Green Bay, Wis.

Earlier in the night, Regal received the full blessing of Mr. McMahon, who made a special appearance to state unequivocally that he supports and endorses Regal’s actions.

With that, the unlikely duo faced a wall of ECW’s most extreme, including CM Punk, The Miz & John Morrison, Chavo Guerrero & Bam Neely, Shelton Benjamin, Tommy Dreamer, Kofi Kingston, Stevie Richards, Elijah Burke, Matt Striker, Nunzio, Mike Knox and ECW Champion Kane.

The two representatives for Raw actually held their own against the extreme squad, but, in the end, it wouldn’t be enough. After a back and forth battering, Chavo pinned Kennedy’s shoulders to the mat for the three-count.

That’s when all hell broke loose.

With so much ECW animosity bouncing around, there was bound to be bruises. The squared circle quickly deteriorated into a 16-man demolition derby. Just when things looked as if they couldn’t unravel any further, well, that’s when the lights shut off.

After several moments of unexplained darkness, the bulbs kicked back on, and there stood Randy Orton. As Triple H had his battle-hardened hands full, Orton attacked. The Legend Killer slithered close, collared the champion and dropped him with a devastating RKO.

Orton may have gained a modicum of momentum, but if past is precedent, The Legend Killer hasn’t heard the last of The Game.
